Make New Bill

To prepare new bill give menu command Make New Bill . Bill Window will open for new bill. The appropriate bill number will be selected automatically. The window will have heading : Bill and by default current computer date is selected. You can enter your desired date. To select a customer name in the bill is very easy. You can type customer code or first part of the name of the customer in the text box marked Returned By. The customer name and address will appear in the memo when you press tab for making the next entry. If the code or name you typed here does not match with any of the customers then the customer list will be automatically displayed. You can also press command button Find to display the List of Customers . You can select a name from this list easily. Press command button OK . The customer name and address will appear in the memo. You can also specify the month for this bill

To select a party name and other detail in the bill is also very easy. You can press command button Bargains or double click the grid in column to display the bargains list. You can select any party name and the period and list the bargains for that period for the selected customer. Press command button Add All . All the bargain that you selected will appear in the bill with other details. You can change any of the value which is entered in the party grid like qty, rate, brokerage rate etc. To delete any row from this grid press command button Delete Row .

When you have finished making entries then press command button New bill to save this bill and go on to make new bill. You will asked whether you want to save the bill. Answer Yes if you want to do so. The bill will be saved and new bill will be displayed.

When you use tab key the cursor will move to different boxes and if you try to enter any entry in highlighted box it will be over written.

To print refer : Printing Invoice

To quit click button CLOSE . You will be asked if you want to save the bill. After your response the memo entry window will close and you will return to main program window.
